RICHARD LORD, 61, of Jacksonville, Ark. went to be with the Lord on Feb. 9, 2015. Richard was born May 17, 1953 in Rock Island, Ill. to the late James Edward Lord and Wilma Means. Richard is survived by his wife, Mary Walker; daughter, Heather (Jeff) Gibson; grandchildren, Bailey, Walker and Colton Gibson and a host of other family and friends.
