Ann Carolyn Phillips

Ann Carolyn Phillips, age 72, of Bella Vista, died February 12, 2015, at her home. She was born in California on January 28, 1943, to the late Rudy and Ruby (Hill) Seal. Survivors include her children, Anthony Freeman of Colorado Springs, Col., Andrea Polachek of Westminster, Col., David Phillips of Bella Vista, Aaron Phillips and wife Ashley of Rogers; brother, William Seal of Colorado Springs; sister, Mary Lee Moreland of Gridley, Cal.; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Jack Seal. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2015, at Rollins Funeral Home. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to New Technology High School PTO, 2922 S First St., Rogers, 72758; or to Westside Elementary PTO, 2200 W Oak St, Rogers, 72756.
