Jackie Earl Skaggs

Jackie Earl Skaggs, 56, of England went to be with the Lord February, 18th, 2015. He was born in Pine Bluff on December 11th, 1958 to Jack Skaggs and Shirley Rhoades Skaggs. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Barbara Skaggs; two sons: Dusten Sowell of England and Christopher Skaggs (Kisha) of Scott; one brother: Ronald Skaggs (Linda); two sisters: Liz James and Sharon Busick all of England; six grandchildren: Destiny Sowell, Dillon Sowell; Dakota Sowell, Reese Sowell all of England, and Samantha Skaggs and Ryan Whiteside both of Scott, along with several cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family. Jackie graduated from England High School. He was of the Baptist faith and he worked for England Liquid Fertilizer for fourteen years. He was married August 5th, 1978 in Wright, Arkansas to his wife Barbara. Services for Jackie will be held Saturday, February 21st, 2015 at Roller England Funeral Home at 2 p.m., Calvin King will be officiating. There will be a private family burial at a later date.
