MRS. FRANKIE JOE COLLINS-MILLER, 77, passed away peacefully Feb. 20. She was born to the late Joe and Mable Collins of Princeton, Ark. She graduated from Carthage High School and later moved with her sister Pauline to Little Rock. She retired from Timex Corporation after 34 years of service. Frankie was a devoted member of the Greater Archview Baptist Church. She deeply loved and family and enjoyed spending time with them. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her Brother Jonathan Collins. She is survived by her sisters, Pauline Bowles of North Little Rock, Mattie (James) Watkins of Little Rock, Annie (Carl) Whyte and Maude Scott of Princeton, Nancy (Horace) Gilmore, Doris (Elmor) Parham, Angela (Buster) Dawn all of Bearden; brothers, Cline (Shirley) Collins of St. Augustine Fla., Gary (Annette) Collins of Fordyce and John (Vanessa) Collins of Desoto, Texas; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. A memorial service commemorating her life will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25 at the Greater Archview Baptist Church in Little Rock Rev. Kenneth Martin, Pastor. Bishop Robert G. Rudolph, Jr., eulogist. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
