Linda Jean Lemon

Linda Jean Lemon, 66, of Cabot, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015. She was born on May 11, 1948 in Black Oak, Arkansas, to the late Charles and Emma Holloway. Linda was a longtime member of Cabot Church of Christ. Her life revolved around her grandchildren, and she loved traveling to visit family and listening to country music, especially George Jones. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Bill Holloway. Linda is survived by her husband, Gary Lemon; children, Forrest Malone and Christy Pierce; one brother, Bub Holloway; two sisters, Dorothy Davis and Marie Kelch; and her seven grandchildren, Josh, Lindsey, Levi, Austin, Jake, Emma, and Logan. A funeral service will be held on 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 25, at the Moore's Cabot Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Chuck Ball officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
