Clara Ilgner McDonald

Clara McDonald, 96, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 at her daughter's home in San Antonio, Texas. She was born October 28, 1918 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Bruno Ilgner and Anna Tribble Ilgner. She was a lifelong member of St. Edward's Catholic Church. She was the manager of St. Edward's School Cafeteria for over 40 years, retiring at age 78. She was a member of The Mother's Sodality at St. Edward's. She was the wife of the late Dan McDonald. Her daughter-in-law, Bonnie McDonald preceded her in death last year. Survivors include a son, Michael McDonald; two daughters: Rebecca Williams and her husband Garry and Theresa Allison; three grandsons, two great-grandchildren, four step grand-children and nine step great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be Monday, March 2, 2015, 11 a.m. at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Little Rock. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Little Rock.
