Sherwood Ellsworth Haisty Sr.

Sherwood Ellsworth Haisty Sr., 89, of Grady died Monday, Feb. 23, 2015. He was born March 10, 1925, in Selma, Arkansas, the son of John Sherwood and Grace Brown Haisty. Sherwood is survived by wife, Betty Harshaw Haisty; children Clara Grace Harvey and Sherwood Ellsworth Haisty, Jr; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Haisty and John Dale Haisty, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are Saturday, February 28 at 1 p.m. with visitation preceding the service from 12 until 1 p.m. at the Grady First Baptist Church. Burial will be at Tillar Cemetery.
