Billie Dale Garner

Billie Dale Garner, of Lake Village, Arkansas, formerly of Jacksonville passed away Wednesday February 25, 2015 in Lake Village. He was born June 17, 1933 to the late Marvin Dale and Eliza Kilpatrick Garner. Mr. Garner retired in 1973 from the United States Air Force as S/Msgt. He was a 32nd Degree Scottish Right Mason in the Jacinto Lodge #216 in Jacksonville. He became a Worshipful Master in 1990. Mr. Garner was a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville. He attended New Hope Baptist Church in Eudora while he was living in Lake Village. Mr. Garner was preceded in death by his first wife, Johanna Garner; three brothers, John Marvin Garner, Earl Byrone Garner, Charles Joseph Garner; sister, Eunice Virginia Garner. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Carnell Garner of Lake Village; three daughters, Linda Sue (Ken) Bouillon of Jacksonville, Sharon Ann (Bob) Fielding of Jacksonville, Patricia Diane (Greg) Denison of Janesville, Wisconsin; brother, James Garner of Texarkana, Arkansas; grandchildren, Laura Marie (Stuart) Springer of Bryant, Linda Diane Fielding of Little Rock, Kathryn Sue Eason (Joseph) of Jacksonville, William Dale Bouillon of Fayetteville, Toni Danyelle Stephens and Lee Nicole Sanders, both of Oak Grove, Louisiana; great grandchildren, Jude Elliot Springer, Micah Aaron Springer, Chloe Springer, Andrew Ray Eason, Cameron and MaCrae Stephens, RJ and Rory Russell. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 28, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Jacksonville with Bob Fielding officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service.
