Marvin Ray Powell

Marvin Ray Powell, 74, of El Paso, Arkansas, was born January 1, 1940 in Butler County, Missouri to Ephraim and Blanche Powell, and he died December 31, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by Walter and Mattie Kearby, who raised him. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Thelma Powell; four children, Dusty Powell of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Lori Dobbs of Conway, Marvin Powell Jr. of Little Rock and Darren Powell of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; 10 grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, Franky Powell and Francis Powell, both of Rockford, Illinois; and five half sisters and brothers.
