Franklin D Grover

Franklin D." Uncle Frank" Grover, age 76, of Ward, went to be with his Lord on January 7, 2015 in Ward. Born August 9, 1938 in Spearville, Kansas to the late Harley and Blanche Hoagland Grover. Also preceded in death by wife: Wanda Hankins Grover, brother: Leon Grover. Franklin was retired from United State Air Force, and a Vietnam Veteran, DFC & 13AM, Major, KCI 35. Then retired as a AFJROTC Instructor. Franklin is survived by a host of family and friends. Graveside services 10: a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Sylvania Cemetery.
