Marion T. Moler

Marion T. "Ace" Moler, 92, my dad and best friend, passed away Saturday night January 10, 2014. He was born December 3, 1922 to Herbert G and Josie Ethel Cole Moler in Illinois. Ace joined the army during WWII, and was awarded a Purple Heart for wounds sustained in combat. Shortly after the war he married Dollye L. Lovell, who passed away in 1973. Ace worked as a brick mason until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his eldest son, Eddie Troutte. He is survived by a daughter, Nina L. Moler of Little Rock, a brother, Richard Glen Moler of Georgetown, daughters-in-law, Connie and Carolyn, four grandsons, many great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces, and me, Dean T. Moler of Jacksonville. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Roller-Owens Funeral Home, North Little Rock, Ark. (501-791-7400). Private family burial will be at a later date.
