Reba Barnard, 66, of Bryant, died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015. She was born Jan. 29, 1948 in Benton, Ark. to the late S. J. and Lucille Weaver. Reba was a member of Fellowship Bible Church of Little Rock. Reba was a devoted wife, mother, and Grammy. Her meals and pie-making were cherished by her whole family and a few lucky friends who got to partake. She was known for her quick wit and humor. She loved the Lord and liked sharing whatever she had. She loved volunteering at The Dorcas House. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice Home Care on Bowman Road and to the nurses who cared for Reba. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Arthur B. Barnard; three children: Jeff and Sheila McNeil, Jarrod and Shanna Barnard, and Darrod and Tonya Barnard; seven grandchildren, Anna, Sarah, and Olivia Barnard, Tristan and Cydney Barnard, and Joshua and Ian McNeil; brothers, Harold Weaver and Bob Weaver; and sister, Mary Jordan. The graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015 at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Pastor Bill Parkinson will officiate.
