Charles H. Thomas

Charles H. (Jeep) Thomas, 92, passed away in the early morning of Monday, January 19, 2015. He was born February 13, 1922. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his wife, Billie Thomas, of 68 years, son, Wayne Thomas and wife Judy, one sister, Zora Middlebrook of Hope, sisters-in-law, Alice Hicks and Alberta Dawes, both of North Little Rock, several nieces and nephews, and a hoast of friends and acquaintances. In mid 1940 he founded Thomas Amusement Company that remained in operation until 2012. He was a member of All Souls Church at Scott, Arkansas, Sylvan Hills Lodge, 32nd Mason and Shriner. He served in the Nave in World War II. He loved working on and operating his bulldozers and other heave equipment at his home and his farm in Hot Springs. He was loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed. The family would also like to express their thanks and appreciation to Arkansas Hospice. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Arkansas Childrens Hospital or charity of your choice.
