Sandra Kay Hammond

Sandra Kay Hammond, 67, of Little Rock, passed away January 20, 2015. She was born on January 15, 1948 in Little Rock to Leon and Jean Rushing and was a member of Crystal Hill Baptist Church. Sandy was a mother to four and "Mama" to many. She is survived by her children, James L. Hammond of Bigelow, Carla Smith of Little Rock, Greg Hammond (Yvette) of Bigelow and Jeremy Hammond (Jennifer) of Little Rock; eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Charles "Jimmy" Hammond, her parents and one brother. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 24th at 2 p.m. at Crystal Hill Baptist Church with Brother Larry Ballard officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
