Thomas E. Brown, 86, of North Little Rock passed January 15, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Mary Brown and brothers, Eddie Starkes and James Brown. Loving memories left to wife: Geneva Brown, daughters: Stacy and Tiffany Johnson of North Little Rock, siblings; Dyke Brown of Atlanta, Ga., Joseph (Vivian) Starkes of Calhoun, Tenn., Henry Starkes and Bermice Mathis of Dade City, Fla.
