Willie "Bill" Lee Shorter, 71, of Little Rock, departed this life on January 25, 2015. He was preceded in death by her; father, Willie Shorter, mother, Elnora Wilson, step father, Elmer Wilson; siblings, Ryal Peters and Naomi Powell. She leaves to cherish memories; wife, Thelma Shorter; children, Elvia "Pathoma" (James Sr.) Mitchell, Mary "Denise" Shorter; stepchildren; James H. (Hyesun) Gosserand II, and Teresa (Wesley III) Lambert; brothers, Lesley Shorten, Stevie Shorter, Larry Shorter, Alvin (Doris) Wilson, Perry Wilson, Ricky Wilson and Scottie Wilson; sisters, Viola Smith, Elmer (James) Bowens, Wilma (Ernest) Piggee and Gloria (Willie) Moore; five grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
