Floyd S. Holloway, age 49, of Springdale passed away Wednesday January 29, 2015 in Springdale. He was born April 20, 1965 in Fayetteville to Bill and Shirley Gabbard Holloway. He very proudly held a position as a water treatment operator for the Beaver Water District. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Holloway, his daddy Charlie Fitzgerald and his nephew Robbie Sisemore. He was often called a giant teddy bear because his heart was as big as he was. He was a true momma's boy from start to finish. His most cherished moments were the births of his children, holding his grandbabies for the first time and marrying his loving wife. Football was his first true love and it remained his favorite pastime. He was an avid fan of the game especially his beloved Razorbacks. He also enjoyed fishing, spending time with friends and singing along to his favorite George Jones tune. He is survived by his wife Tina Holloway; daughter, Keisha Richardson and her husband Barry of Rogers, Arkansas; sons, Chris Holloway and his wife Emily of West Fork, Arkansas; Ryan Bennett of Springdale; his mother, Shirley Gabbard Fitzgerald of Fayetteville, Arkansas; sisters, Tammy Sisemore and her husband Rob of Farmington, Arkansas; Lisa McLaughlin of West Fork, Arkansas; Leslie Giddens of Brentwood, Arkansas; brother, Patrick Fitzgerald of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Dakota Holloway, Emma Grace Holloway and Victoria Bennett. Visitation will be 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Sunday February 1, 2015 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Farmington with burial to follow at Farmington Cemetery under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
