Marvin H. Petersen

Dr. Marvin Hans Petersen, 89, died June 23, 2015. A private family service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Britt, Iowa at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to The Glenn Senior Community or St. Croix Hospice. Marv was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and three sisters. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Dorothy; two daughters, Elizabeth (Jeff) Stevenson of Atlanta, GA and Julia (Kevin) Prohaska of Excelsior, Minn.; four grandsons; one great-grandson; two sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
