A.R. "Dickie" Stone

A.R. "Dickie" Stone, 75, of Cabot, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015. He was born April 22, 1940 in Wabbaseka, Arkansas, son of Robert and Ila Merle Orton Stone. Mr. Stone was reared and received his early education in Wabbaseka. He served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Stone enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Tommy Stone and Charles R. Stone. Survivors include his wife, Jean Hill Stone; two daughters, Terri McIntosh of Humphrey and Regina Thomas of Conway; two sons, Allan Stone of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Chuck Stone of Pine Bluff; three step-children, Gary Davison of Maumelle, David Davison of Pine Bluff and Crystal Fann of Cabot; two sisters, Bobbie Kay Stone of Kingsport, Tennessee and Sherry Ann May of Dover, Florida; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren with another one on the way. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2015 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Eugene May officiating. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Robinson's.
