Alberta Erwin Rowlett

Alberta Erwin Rowlett, 80 years young, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 9, 2015. She was born at the Robinson Plantation in England on January 1, 1935 to the late William Albert (Slim) Davis and Dollie Ruth Davis. She was such an amazing mother and wife. She loved to garden, quilt and go fishing and camping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James M. Erwin and Homer Quinn. Mrs. Rowlett is survived by her husband of 16 years, Carroll Rowlett and her children; Doug Erwin and wife, Gail, Linda Bird and husband, Randy, Rick Rowlett and wife, Dana, Ronnie Rowlett and wife, Mandy and Susan Mayworm and husband, Greg. Also surviving her are her grandchildren; Luke Erwin, Brett Bird, Hunter Rowlett, Maci Rowlett, Rusty Rowlett, Brendan Mayworm, Ashley Mayworm and Anna Mayworm, four great-grandchildren, two brothers; Doyle Priest and Ernest Davis and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2015 in the chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home with burial following at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
