Laura Fay (Peel) Rasberry, 86, finished this life on July 10, 2015 and now, whole and healthy, is rejoicing with our Savior. Born March 26, 1929 in Clinton, Ark. to Willie Maddox and George S. Peel, who predeceased her. Husband, James, twin sister, Ona Ray Lovelady and brother Bobby Peel also preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Don (Barbara Jean) Rasberry and David Rasberry both of Kennett, Mo. One brother, Bill Peel and one sister Anna (Kent) Shreeve both of Little Rock, Ark. Two aunts: Betty Ruth Bonds of Parthenon, Ark. and Katie Treece of Republic, Mo. Several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2015 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Mo. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2015 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Mo. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Mo. Mr. Spencer Furby officiating. McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Mo. will be in charge of the arrangements.
