Ruth L. "Connie" Tallaksen

Ruth L. "Connie" Tallaksen, 80, of Bella Vista died Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Highlands Health Care in Bella Vista, Ark. She was born May 29, 1935 in Chicago, Ill. to Arthur Edmund and Theresa Pearl (Johnson) Noelck. She has lived in Bella Vista, Ark. about 10 years. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. She owned and operated Miss Connie's Carriage House and Pre-School for 25 years. She was an avid bowler and card player. She is survived by many friends and her close friend, Gladys Zenzen and Gladys' family. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 1 St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, Ark. 72715. Father Barnabas Maria Susai will officiate.
