David Lee Travis

David Lee Travis, 46, died Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born October 11, 1968 in Gillette, Wyoming to the late Leland Floyd "Lee" and Constance Marlene "Connie" Matlack Travis. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Mark Alan Travis. David loved and believed the words of Romans 8:38-39, "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." He is survived by two brothers, Bill and Jeff Finch both of Springdale; two daughters, Daniale Shepherd of Springdale, Krysti Massie and husband Donnie of West Fork; five grandchildren, Bailie, Haylee, Gabe, Carter, Trenton; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be 5:30 p.m. Sunday, July 19, at the Wilson Park Pavilion in Fayetteville. Arrangements are with Heritage Funeral Home, online guest book at www.heritageofnwa.com.
