Eddie S. Beasley, age 80, of North Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at his home. He was born May 12, 1935 in Hazlehurst, Mississippi to Loyal Arthur and Mary Louise (Bateman) Beasley. Eddie spent 30 years in the U. S. Air Force, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant. He was a longtime member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Little Rock, Ark. Survivors include two daughters, Dr. Jennifer Beasley-McKean and husband Jeff of Red Oak and Mary Tyler and husband Chris of Mainz, Germany; one son, Eddie A. Beasley and wife Susan of Huntington, N.Y.; four grandchildren, Zachary McKean, Dale McKean, Elsie Tyler and Matthew Beasley; three sisters, Wilma Van Dever of Houston, Texas, Alice Faye Watson and Stella Wilson and husband Kenneth all of Huntsville, Ala. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents; wife, M. Constance Beasley and one sister, Mary Lee Taylor. Visitation for family and friends will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 19, 2015 with a Rosary at 7 p.m. all in the chapel of the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 20, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waxahachie.
