David E. Webb, 75, passed away on July 16, 2015 in Bentonville, Ark. He was born on July 9, 1940 to the late Elzy and Ida (Leary) Webb in Burgin Valley, Ark. He was the loving husband of Brenda (Mitchell) Webb. He worked at SWEPCO (AEP) at the Flint Creek Power Plant in Gentry for many years. He loved cheering on his grandchildren at all their activities, playing dominoes and spending time with his family. He taught Sunday School at the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church for many years and served as deacon there as well. He truly loved the Lord and it showed in his care for others. David is survived by his wife; son, Lance and his wife, Misty; and daughter, Sherri Webb all of Gravette; five brothers, John Lee Webb of Gravette, Frank Webb of Decatur, Gerald Webb of Decatur, Rex Webb of Bentonville, Kenny Webb of Gravette; sister Lavon Torix of Decatur; six grandchildren, Brennon, Ashlyn, Halle, Chance, Zack and Amanda; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Joe Webb. A visitation will be on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 5 until 7 p.m., at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville. His funeral service will be Wednesday, July 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Gravette, with burial to follow at Coffelt Cemetery in Vaughn.
