Howard Wayne Lybrand

Howard Wayne Lybrand, 71, of Gamaliel, Arkansas was born January 13, 1944 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the son of the late Howard and Emily Lybrand of Sheridan. He died Thursday at his home. He was preceded in death by parents, his sisters, Neva Sutton and Nelda Butler. He loved spending time with his family, hunting, and spending time on his boat. Survivors, wife, Betty Lybrand; daughter, Jennifer (Stacey) King; sons, Shane Lybrand all of Gamaliel; Tony Lybrand of BeeBee, Kelley Smith (Kathrine) of Bauxite, Mike Smith (Tina) of Texas; daughter, Dana Smith (Neil) of South Dakota, brothers, Ronald Lybrand (Eloyease) of New Orleans, Jim Lybrand (Linda) of Arkansas; 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday, chapel. Visitation 4-6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial: Philadelphia Cemetery, Prattsville.
