Mildred Oleta Duncan

Mildred Oleta Cato Duncan, 83, of Little Rock departed this life July 21, 2015. She was born August 10, 1931 to Alvin and Myrtle Cato. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Duncan, and one brother, Harrell Cato. She is survived by three children: Diane Cwenar (Dave) of Rogers, Arkansas, Lloyd Duncan (Judy) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Gene Duncan of Lufkin, Texas; one sister, Reba Watts (Sonny) of Bryant, Arkansas; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
