Billy Hopper, age 64, of Zafra, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 in Hot Springs. Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 10 a.m. in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hatfield, Arkansas under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
