Brenda Gene Davin

Brenda Gene Davin, 74, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord June 7, 2015. She was born May 14, 1941, in Havana, Arkansas, to the late Ovid Henry and Mattie Mae (Wilkinson) McBride. Brenda retired from Red Cross after working more than 20 years as an RN and was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Little Rock. She loved dogs, antiques, and decorating, and always enjoyed working in her flower garden. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents and son, Mickey Young. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Dennis Davin; sister, Teresa Salazar (Rene), and four grandchildren. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at McBride Cemetery in Havana, Arkansas, with Earl Stapleton officiating. Guests may register at www.caruth-hale.com.
