Charles Edward Bell, of Little Rock, born May 28, 1957 passed June 3, 2015. Survived by wife, Dianne Bell; five children, Charles Bell Jr., Tara Bell, Tiffany Ricks, Reginald Ricks and Teneisha Ricks, one brother, Nathaniel Bell; one sister, Vonnie (Douglas) Allen and 11 grandchildren.
