Charles S. Sheppard Jr., 89, of Russellville, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015. Funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2015 at Humphrey Chapel in Russellville. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery in Russellville. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., on Thursday, at the funeral home.
