Mary A. Driver

MARY A. DRIVER, age 80, of Jacksonville, passed away June 11, 2015 at her home. She was born March 30, 1935 in Mayfield, Ky., and she was the daughter of Aubrey Driver and Allene Sanders-Driver. Mrs. Driver was a loving and devoted homemaker for many years, she also retired from Remington Arms as a production worker. Mary loved the Lord, and deeply loved her family, always lifting them up in prayer and showing the light of God to her family and those around her. She will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Ramona Smiley and a sister Helen. Survivors include her daughter Lisa Hoggatt and husband Dan; grandchildren Jamie Jenkins (Brandy), Joshua Jenkins ( Elizabeth), and Cynthia Smiley; great grandchildren Jordan, Josh Jr., Ryan and Rylee; a son in law Robert Smiley, a brother John Driver (Vivian), and sisters Ramona Pearson and Norma Pucek and a host of other family and friends that loved her. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 5 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 6 p.m., both taking place at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Sherwood.
