Ellen Estelle Jones King

Ellen Estelle Jones King, 91, of Marvell, Arkansas, died June 14, 2015. She was born on November 8, 1923 in Marvell, to the late John Herrel Jones and Bessie Dawson Jones. She was a retired registered nurse in Phillips County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike King; a daughter, Mary Alice King; and her brother, Lucius Herrel Jones. She is survived by her children, Marsha Lee (Bill) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, John King (Shirley) of Little Rock, Michael King (Sharon) of Walls, Mississippi, Bradley King (Catherine) of North Little Rock, and Kevin King of Marvell, as well as eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held today, Tuesday, June 16 at 11 a.m. at Trenton Missionary Baptist Church at Marvell, where she was a lifetime member.
