Jan Jefferies Singer

Jan Jefferies Singer was born December 9th, 1957, in Tampa, Florida, and passed away June 13th in North Little Rock, Arkansas. An intelligent and deeply caring wife and mother, Jan loved life and touched the lives of many with her perpetual positivity. Jan loved vibrant colors, beautiful flowers, and miniature schnauzers. She was educated at Baylor, UL Monroe, and the UAMS School of Pharmacy; Jan was immensely proud of her pharmacy career. At various times, she was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock and Park Hill Baptist Church in North Little Rock. She also enjoyed engaging in Little Rock's recovery community. Jan is preceded in death by her father, C.V. Jefferies. She is survived by her mother, Vertis Simpson; brother, Greg Jefferies; husband, Peter Singer; and daughter, Kelly Singer. She will be dearly missed by her friends, family, and her dogs. A memorial service will be held at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home on Saturday, June 20th, at 1 p.m. with a reception to follow.
