Thomas Wilkon Smith

Thomas Wilkon Smith, 52, of Greenbrier went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 14, 2015 at his home in Greenbrier. Tom is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carla; one son: Austin Smith; one daughter: Sydney Smith all of Greenbrier; his parents: James "Fat" Smith and Gaye Cooper Smith; two brothers: Al Smith and Grant Smith, (Kerri); four nieces and one nephew: Kaylee Ables, Mattie Smith, Dylan Smith, Allyson Smith and Kappi Smith all of Melbourne. Tom was a home builder, real estate developer and a pilot. Tom was raised in Melbourne and was a 1980 graduate of Melbourne High School and a 1984 graduate of Arkansas State University. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Wilkon and Capitola Smith and his maternal grandparents: Leon and Gladys Cooper. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Ozarka College in Melbourne from 1-2 p.m. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Ozarka College beginning at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Combs Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne, Arkansas.
