Gerald William Allday

Gerald William Allday, 76, of Alexander, Ark., passed away peacefully Friday, June 19, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Borger, Texas, January 25, 1939 to Ira Ralph and Dortha Lee O'Rear Allday. Jerry and his wife, Peggy Echols Allday were married on July 19, 1991 and have had a very happy life together. Services are under the direction of Smith-Benton Funeral Home. A Memorial service will be presided by Buddy Holderfield at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Ferndale, Ark. at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2015.
