Cecil Thomas Cannon

Cecil (Tom) Thomas Cannon, 68, of Cabot, passed away on Friday, June 19. He was born on March 18, 1947 in Nashville, Tenn.N to the late Cecil and Ruby Barnes Cannon. Tom served his country in the United States Air Force for 20 years before retiring and working for the United States Postal Service for an additional 20 years. Tom loved his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and shooting trap. He attended Faith Baptist Church. Mr. Cannon is survived by his wife, Bobbie Cannon; daughters, Nikki Rech and husband Mauro, and Stephanie Hager and husband Aaron; grandchildren, Olivia, Gabby, Brooklyn, and Brice; as well as extended family and many friends. A memorial service will be Thursday, June 25, at 11:30 a.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home with Bro. Rich Hamlin officiating. Burial will follow the service at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Thursday.
