Betty J. Carter Neal, 77, of Wynne, died Thursday. Survivors, sons, Randy (Dana) Neal and Corey (Debbie) Neal; daughter, Tahshia (Mike) Busby; brothers, Bill Carter and Dick Carter; grandchildren, Aaron, Zach, Corey II, Ryan, Dylan, Benjimen, and Jayce Neal, Ashley Roberson, and Bryce Busby; and eight great-grandchildren.
