Virginia McDowell

Virginia McDowell, 86, of Norman, passed away June 26, 2015 at the Arkansas Hospice inpatient wing at Saint Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs. She was a member of Lake Ouachita Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Winfred McDowell and sons Ronnie and Larry Lindsey. Survivors include son David Lindsey of Minden, La.; daughter Candy Lockeby of Hot Springs; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
