James Hogue

James Allen Hogue, 85 of Beebe, Arkansas passed away February 25th, 2015. He was born May 9th, 1929 in Scott, Arkansas to the late Walter Leon Hogue and Mattie Jane Martin. James loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them outdoors gardening and fishing. He retired from the automotive tire business after over 40 years. He was a resident of Rose City and member of Calvary Baptist Church in North Little Rock. Cherishing his memory are his daughter, Carolyn Hogue of Waller, Texas; two sons, Gary Hogue (Sharon) of Clarksville, Arkansas, and Phillip Hogue (Robin) of Beebe, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Marlana Chronister, Amberly, Emily, Abby, and Andrew Hogue; four great-grandchildren, Landon, Livia, and Layla Chronister, and Jack Perry, and a host of other friends and relatives. A celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday March 7th, 2015, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett-Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, (501) 835-3515 with Mr. Rodney Pearson officiating.The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
