Lois Dean Goodman

Lois Dean Goodman, 73 year old resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died March 3, 2015 at her home. Born October 25, 1941 in Cherokee City, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Edward "Gene" Burnett and Mary Lucille Sears. Lois married Jesse Goodman on May 16, 1957 in Gallup, New Mexico. They moved to Siloam Springs in 1973 and she owned Lois's Beauty Shop for many years. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Siloam Springs. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Chuck Sears; and one grandson, Chad Goodman. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Goodman of the home; three sons, Jess Goodman and wife Nellie, David Goodman and wife Vicky, and Bruce Goodman, all of Siloam Springs; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Wilma Hartley, Norma Crisler and husband Joe, and Louise Aariaga all of Siloam Springs, and Shirley Howell of Bakersfield, California. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2015 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, with Pastor Tim George officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs.
