Lucille Powell-Fort, passed on Thursday, Feb. 26. Survivors include her husband, Otha Fort Jr. of Lewisville; son, Dale Bruce Powell of Stamps; one daughter, Artie Pearlette Williamson (Augusta) of Batesville.
