James Thomas Pickard

James Thomas Pickard (Tom-Tom), age 63, of Lonoke died Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at his home. He was born June 18, 1951 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Mack and Dora Park Pickard. Tom was a faithful member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Lonoke where he contributed to the growth and sustainment of the church. Tom was a friendly outgoing man who valued honesty and truthfulness. He extended a helping hand to many members of his community. He is survived by two children, Dona Dixon of Greenbriar and Alissa Alsup of Austin; four grandchildren, Sara and Rachel Dixon, Autumn and Amber Alsup; two sisters, Mary Teasley of Dallas, Texas, Nina Gaddy of Germantown, Tennessee; his cat "Callie." Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Lonoke with Reverend Carolyn Staley officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 at Cabot Funeral Home.
