Ronnie "Ron" Burrell

Ronnie "Ron" Burrell, son of Roy and Minnie (Baker) Burrell, passed away at the age of 65 years at his home in Lowell, Ark. on Monday, March 16, 2015. Ron was born at Lincoln, Ark., Sept. 21, 1949. A retired truck driver, Ronnie enjoyed going to auctions, staying current on local and national events and meeting friends for morning coffee. Ronnie is survived by two daughters, Shelly Rector of Muskogee, Okla., and Melinda Burrell of Tulsa, Okla.; six grandchildren and one great-grandson; two brothers, Roy Burrell of Lowell, Ark., Kendall Burrell of Tuttle, Okla.; two sisters, Christine Price of Fayetteville, Ark. and Jolene Barron of Harrah, Okla. A private interment will be held at Combs Cemetery at Combs, Ark. with a memorial to be held at a later date. Nelson-Berna Funeral Home and Crematory handled the arrangements.
