Marie Freyaldenhoven

Marie Senobia Freyaldenhoven, age 94, of Morrilton, Arkansas, was called to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, March 22, 2015. She was born April 9, 1920, in St. Vincent, Arkansas, a daughter of Alex Sponer and Adeline Gottsponer Sponer. She was a homemaker and co-owner of Freyaldenhoven Winery for 45 years, was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and the widow of William D. Freyaldenhoven. She also was a member and past president of the Sacred Heart Altar Society, Father Laux Study Club, member of Sacred Heart Choir and National Catholic Women. She also volunteered in the cafeteria at Sacred Heart and at the Holy Family Mission. Survivors include 10 children, Anna Marie Freyaldenhoven of Morrilton, Arkansas, Robert William (Brenda) Freyaldenhoven of Bixby, Oklahoma, Raymond Joseph Freyaldenhoven of Morrilton, Arkansas, Carol Theresa (Norman) Watson of Russellville, Arkansas, Barbara Ruth (Steve) Mallett of Morrilton, Arkansas, Martha Louise Womack of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Geralyn Beth (Jim) Beck of St. Vincent, Arkansas, Chris Gerard (Susan) Freyaldenhoven of Buford, Georgia, Philip Charles (Terry) Freyaldenhoven of Knoxville, Arkansas, and Brian David (Teresa) Freyaldenhoven of Morrilton, Arkansas; sister, Louise Beck of St. Vincent, Arkansas; 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2015, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Jack Harris officiating. Entombment will be at the Holy Family Mission by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Rosary will be 6 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with visitation following. There will be an Altar Society Rosary at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Steve Mallett Jr., Eddie Beck, Daniel Watson, Chris Burlie, Rob, Nicklaus, David, Dustin, and Tommy Freyaldenhoven. Honorary Pallbearers will be her granddaughters.
