Chris Lewis, age 33, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015. He was born January 10, 1982 in Fayetteville to Tommy and Ginny Carter Lewis. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Tom Lewis Sr. of Fayetteville, Arkansas and his maternal grandparents, Alan and Sue Carter of Hazen, Arkansas. He was an honor graduate of Prairie Grove High School and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Administration. He was a member of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in Fayetteville. Chris was a board member of the Arkansas Automotive Dealers Association, a member of Fayetteville Leadership and was a past treasurer of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity Alumni Association. His knowledge and love of cars at an early age led to his career choice as the General Manager of Lewis Chrysler Dodge in Fayetteville. Chris enjoyed helping others and through his company was able to support education and sports in the local elementary schools. Chris was an exceptional manager of people. His innate ability to justly deal with his employees was clearly evident in the reciprocal love his employees showed Chris as they went the extra mile for him. His hobbies were metal detecting and target practice. He especially enjoyed four-wheeler riding with his cousins and friends. Chris loved writing and was a published author of a children's book, The Adventurous Cousins, which was based on his childhood memories with his cousins. He is survived by his loving wife, Alecia Lewis; one son, Thomas Lewis; his parents, Tommy and Ginny Lewis of Lincoln, Arkansas; a sister, Mindy Lewis of Fayetteville, Arkansas, his paternal grandmother, Margaret Lewis Leonard of Fayetteville, Arkansas, his beloved jungle cat, Pickles, and a host of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cremation arrangements are by Moore's Chapel. The Celebration of Life memorial service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in Fayetteville.
