Billy L. Roe

Billy Roe, age 51, of Rogers, passed away April 28, 2015. Billy was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He worked for many years as a handyman. Billy is survived by his wife, Cynthia and a large, loving family and friends. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W.Walnut, Rogers.
