Russell William Cousins

Russell William Cousins, 58, of Jacksonville, passed away on May 3, 2015. He was born on November 16, 1956 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Floyd William and Virginia Lee (Stanley) Cousins. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by granddaughters Leaha and Arianna Elaine Cousins. Russell was a member of McArthur Assembly of God Church, and retired from the United States Army having served in Iraqi Freedom. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Elaine (Martinez) Cousins; his children, Marcus of Anderson, IN, Christy Oaxaca Sinaloa of Wichita, Kan., Andrew of Glendale, Ariz., Austin and Allana of Jacksonville; grandchildren; Jacob, Nichole, Brooklynn, Pedro, Penelope and, Angelica Ibarra, Dakota Howell; sisters, Pamela Smith of Pigeon Forge, Tenn., Robin Wallace of Encinitas, Calif., Ceinwen Sprague of Phoenix, Ariz., other relatives and friends. A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2015, at McArthur Assembly of God Church with Pastor Marc Bateman officiating.
