Verda Mazelle Chrouch

Verda Mazelle Chrouch, age 79, of Sherwood Ar., was called to be with the lord on May the 4th, 2015 at her home. She was born on August 11, 1935 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Wayne and Reva Henderson Black. Mrs. Chrouch was preceded in death by her parents, and a grandson, Kenneth Clinton Teague. She retired from the Pulaski County Special School District where she worked for 20+ years. Mrs. Chrouch is survived by her husband of 61 1/2 years, Kenneth Chrouch; three daughters, Sandy (Diane) Snell-Walker (husband Mike); Leigh Ann Chrouch (friend Rick Bourne); Jennifer (Jenny) Graham (husband Don); one sister, Janiece Caple (husband Don); five grandchildren, Laura Jones, Jonathan Snell, Brian Snell, Charlotte Graham, Austin Graham and 4 great-grandchildren. Wife, Momma, Mema, Mom-in-law, she was beloved and will be missed. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Cemetery.
