Jessie L. Walton

Mrs. Jessie L. Walton, 87, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away peacefully on April 28, in Grand Blanc, Michigan. She was born, February 11, 1928 in Lonoke, Arkansas to the late Frank and Sarah Cole. Preceded in death by her husband Joe Walton Sr., son Jerry L. Walton and daughters Julie and Judy Walton, she is survived by three sons: Joe Jr. (Edna) Walton of Sherwood, Arkansas; Leonard (LaDonna) Walton of Little Rock, Arkansas; Jesse (MiChel) Walton of Allen, Texas; five daughters: Joan (Robert) Jones of Grand Blanc, Michigan; Joyce Allen and Gayle Walton of Little Rock, Arkansas; Carolyn (Larry) Rouse of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Dorothy (Barnil) Johnson of Conyers, Georgia and 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services: Visitation Friday May 8 from 5–7 p.m. at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Lonoke. Funeral will be Saturday May 9, at 11 a.m., Gateway Fellowship Lonoke with interment at Sunset Memorial Garden, Pastor Lee Coleman presiding.
